Our Business History

UNICORN HOLDINGS LIMITED was officially incorporated in 2006 as a conglomerate of all our disintegrated businesses to be centrally managed through the board of UNICORN Group. We have been committed to creating value and bringing out something worthy from nothing. We operate in different key sector of the economy; ranging from Agriculture, Construction, Infrastructure, Health, Oil and Gas. Our focus has been to establish working collation with Multinational Service Providers, Property Management Firms and individuals to bring the desired development in Nigeria. The specific model we adopted is to domesticate modern technologies in Civil construction, Health, Agriculture, Steel and Road works; to improve service delivery, reduce cost and increase living standard of Nigeria.
